A cross platform mobile app I built solo using Flutter & Pocketbase. Pouch Count helps nicotine pouch users track their consumption habits, and also has a 'Quit Mode' to help those who want to quit.
A product launch battleground, similar to Product Hunt, that I built from zero-to-one. Lots of custom WP development. Gaining 10-20 users per week organically!
Visual identity & UI/UX updates for Tool Battles. I built the platform initially in about a month, so there was a lot of clutter to clean. These changes have already improved KPI's & cut down on product submission time.
A complex dual sided marketplace SaaS platform that I built from zero-to-one. There was no shortage of challenges like custom Stripe Connect integrations, Brand Campaign Management, and more.
Complete rebrand of my creative business. Before, I was known for apparel, stickers, marketing collateral & general graphic design. Rebrand helped solidify strictly digital product design & creative services.
Full Brand Concept & Web Design for a local Preservation Non-Profit NGO. Including visual identity, full brand guidelines, messaging, partial strategy and development of the website. This is for a simple logo contest open to our small community, but I took it 100 steps further.
Vesta CBD is a hemp brand I built from the ground up. Back in 2016/17, I immersed myself in learning Cannabis science, extraction, safe product manufacturing & navigating the legal landscape. One of the first brands in MA before the Farm Bill.
The challenge: Make a clean & usable order flow for custom printed graphic products that potentially have unlimited options. R2MX was a MX Graphics brand that I created & ran for over 8 years with Worldwide clientele
Jumped on the design subscription trend, but also offered one-off projects in an e-commerce fashion. 0 clients. 0 clicks. I did learn a lot of PHP & JavaScript on this project though!
First marketplace I built! This was for used parts, gear, bikes & more. I never marketed this, as it was around the same time I was getting out of the sport. Knowing what I know now, I think it could work!
Failed to monetize, succeeded in helping over 800 real job seekers/users. The turnover rate in this industry is HIGH, and the current morale is low. I think another monetization strategy could work.
